DAY 4: DON’T GIVE IT UP, JUST CUT BACK!

We all spend money on things we don’t really need like personal treats.  You don’t have to give them up but you could save money by cutting back a little.  For example, if you regularly buy crisps, a drink or chocolate, try buying one less (each week/day) or buy a smaller/cheaper alternative.  Spending just 50p per school day on something is actually costing you almost £100 per school year!  Add the money you would have spent to your savings.
