Pupils are reminded that the deadline for S3 & S4 pupils applying to participate in the partnership visit to Malawi next year is this coming Friday. Any pupil who had initially expressed an interest and who did not get a letter, please see Mr Murphy or Mrs Andrew TODAY!

S4 MENTOR MEETING

A reminder to the named pupils that they should attend a mentor meeting in Room 25 period 1 on Tuesday morning 27 March.  If for some reason you cannot make the meeting please come to speak to me to rearrange another time.

PENICUIK HIGH SCHOOL’S MARIE CURIE AWARENESS MONTH BAKE SALE

TODAY we will be having a Bake Sale as part of our ‘Marie Curie Awareness Month’.  We will also have the daffodils at the Bake Sale, so you can get a daffodil and treat yourself to a cake!

BORDERS COLLEGE

Are you considering applying for a course at Borders College?  We are encouraging all potential applicants to Make March Matter by applying now for courses starting at Borders College in August 2018.  Please remember that for the majority of our courses we no longer require a formal interview, but applicants may be required to attend information or skills check day(s) – you can find out more in our Admissions Procedure.  Further details on all full-time courses can be found on our website or by scanning the QR code on the poster.

NURSING INSIGHT DAY SATURDAY 28 APRIL (S4 – S6)

The NHS is holding a Nursing Insight Day on Saturday 28 April for all students interested in a career within Nursing.  This is a full day event from 9.30am – 3.30pm at the Western General Hospital, Edinburgh.  Nursing staff will be on hand delivering presentations and practical workshops to students.  If you are interested in attending, please see Mrs Brandie as soon as possible.
