EDINBURGH COLLEGE – INTRO TO COLLEGE IN SCHOOLS

The group should meet Jasmine in Miss Astor’s room (42) this afternoon Periods 5 and 6.  There will also be another visitor from the College Student Services.  A reminder that I am still waiting on a few green forms being returned for tours – no green form, no trip!  The group will then be out on a trip to Midlothian Campus with me next Tues 21 May.  Pupils involved should meet me at the bottom of the main stairs at 11.45am that day, in uniform and with their packed lunch ready to go (those eligible for free school meals will have a lunch waiting for them unless I am advised that it is not needed). The bus gets us back to Angle Park at 15.27 – please let me know if this presents a problem for anyone.  Thanks

Ms McLennan

RAG BAG COLLECTION – THURSDAY 23 MAY

The next Rag Bag collection will be on Thursday 23 May.  Some bags have been issued to your register classes, but there are plenty in the office if more are required.   Please fill your bag with wearable clothing, paired shoes, handbags and belts. Filled bags should only be returned to school on Wednesday 22 May, or first thing on Thursday 23 May.  Thank you in advance for supporting this.

GYM CORRIDOR, LIBRARY CORRIDOR AND FRONT CORRIDOR

The above corridors are out of bounds during May to ensure peace and quiet for students sitting exams in the library and the assembly hall.  All movement in the old building should be quiet and upstairs.  The Music department can be accessed from the stairs at the BiteSite end of the corridor.  Access to the front of the building is for LLE rooms, the school office and toilets only.
