WORLD BOOK DAY

Thursday 7 March was world book day!! To mark this the LRC is running a competition with the prize (unsurprisingly!) a book.  Available from Thursday 7 March in the LRC is a superhero anagram competition. Unscramble the anagrams, hand it back to Mr Smith by the end of day Monday 11 March and you could win a hardback copy of Wonder Woman by acclaimed Glaswegian author Grant Morrison. In the event of multiple correct entries a draw will be made.

From next week, Tuesday 12 March, the next Intro to College group featuring all S3’s will start for a 4 week block with the last session scheduled for Tuesday 2 April.

Pupils involved should report to Miss Astor’s Room 42 during P5 and 6 and look out in the notices for arrangements for the College tours with me.  I am still waiting on three forms to be returned though!  No form – no trip.
