MALAWI FACT OF THE DAY:

Malawi is a landlocked country.  It is surrounded by three other African countries, Mozambique, Zambia and Tanzania.  Although it doesn’t have a coast of its own, it does have a large lake called ‘Lake Malawi,’ which is the ninth largest lake in the world and the second deepest lake in Africa.  Lake Malawi is also known as the ‘Calendar Lake’ as it it 365 miles from top to bottom, 52 miles across at its widest point and has 12 rivers flowing into it.
