YOUNG AMBASSADORS
Congratulations to the new Young Ambassadors for Sport in Penicuik HS, Ruby & Ross   – they will work closely with the Ambassador’s for last year, Anna & Hannah to promote & improve sport & physical activity in school and the wider community.  A huge well done to the other applicants who didn’t make the decision easy! The standard was so high that the following pupils have been invited on to Penicuik HS Sports Council – Daniel (Chairperson), Zoe, Murray & Matthew.  We look forward to another successful year of sport in Penicuik High School!

PRINCES TRUST

Any pupils who are submitting work for the Prince’s Trust final deadline must hand in their completed units – Personal Development and/or Career Planning and Work Experience by the end of registration today. You have each been submitted in last Friday’s (8 June) portal meaning that your work will be selected to be marked and needs to be sent to London by next Tuesday (19 June) the latest. Before your work can be sent off it needs to be marked by me and then changes need to be made. Therefore, this week I am available Tuesday and Wednesday lunch times and Tuesday – Friday after school to work through any units. If you do not hand these units in completed with changes by next Tuesday you will fail the course which is a shame as you have passed everything to date!
