YEAR OF KINDNESS
This week is about being kind to yourself through awareness of your own actions and how they affect you. Sleep is really important for both our physical actions and our mental health. The use of electronic devices and the level of activity we undertake each day can impact upon how well we sleep. Try to small changes this week such as going to bed half an hour earlier or reducing your screen time by 30 minutes.
DUKE OF EDINBURGH
If you are in S3 to S6 and are interested in signing up to the scheme this year, could you please come to a meeting TODAY at 1.10pm in my room. Any staff members who would like to help out are cordially invited to come along as well.
Any S5 or S6 boys who would like to play for the senior team this year should attend a training match from 3.30-4.30pm on the astro next Tuesday, 12 September.

Existing Bronze Award students
Please could you have your presentations ready for Wednesday 4 October. We will do this at lunchtime in my room. Remember I cannot sign your expedition section off until you have completed your presentation. On this subject, could you please revisit your Service, Skill and Sport sections and update them with your evidence and assessors reports and submit them for approval.
REMINDER – S3-S6 STUDENT AND STAFF FITNESS
All fitness classes start again next week. Monday after school spin (3.30pm), Tuesday fitness (7.20am) and Friday spin (7.20am). Spin is first come first served so get to the department quickly if you want to join us!
