BACK TO THE 80S

The Music Department are putting on a show ‘Back to the 80s’ tonight and Thursday night.  Tickets are on sale in the Music Department – £7 for adults and £5 for concessions.  Get your ticket now!

ACTIVITIES WEEK – MOUNTAINBIKING

There will be an important meeting to discuss the final arrangements for the trip on Thursday 22 June at 1.15pm in room 38. It is important that all pupils attend.

5 waterproof jackets,

3 waterproof trousers,

1 pair of boots,

4 rucksacks,

3 first aid kits

1 stove.

RETURN OF LOCKER KEYS

All locker keys need to be returned this week, before you go out for Activities Week.  Please ensure you have taken everything out of your locker and return your key to the school office on the following days to get your deposit back:

Congratulations to our S3 Minor Hospitality Class, and our seniors who joined HE during exam leave – Your Elementary Food Hygiene Certificates are here and ready to be collected. Well done everyone.

REMINDER – BRONZE DofE

Congratulations and well done for your efforts under ‘challenging’ weather conditions at the weekend.  Excellent teamwork and good humour throughout – I was envious of those will bacon rolls on Sunday morning!

There will be no formal meeting this week or next but I will be available to help with uploading evidence to eDofE accounts etc. Remember you get a free hoodie for finishing the award!!

I am still missing lots of kit, can I please get this returned as soon as possible.

REMINDER – EMA

If you are 16 years of age or over before 30 September 2017 you may be eligible for EMA.  Application forms are now available at the school office.  Please collect during breaktime or lunchtime.  Thank you.

REMINDER – LATE INTO SCHOOL?

Pupils should be aware that if they are late to school and miss registration, (ie after 8.40am), they should report to the office for a late slip before going to their period 1 class.
