URGENT – RAGBAG COLLECTION

The response to our collection last week was very poor, but Ragbag are doing a pick up at our school again this Friday, 9 June.  Please, please look out any old clothes/shoes/bed linen/etc and fill a bag.  Please drop it off at the collection point opposite Room 2 ready for collection on Friday.

ACTIVITIES WEEK – FORDELL FIRS

Could all those who are going to Fordell Firs for Activities Week please attend a meeting on Monday 12 June at break time in Miss Graham’s room (room 26).  It is vital that you attend in order to tell Miss Graham who you would like to share a dorm with.  All money and forms should be handed in by Friday 9 June.

REMINDER – BIKE, BOUNCE AND SKATE

Could all students who have signed up for Bike, Bounce and Skate for the Activities Week please come to a Meeting in room 22 TODAY at lunch time.  It is essential that you all attend as there are parental consent forms which have to be signed and returned.  All money should be handed to the office as soon as possible. I have a record of everyone’s balance so far.

REMINDER- BIOLOGY BOOKS

Appeal to last year’s Higher Biologists. Please could I have the text books (and any practice papers and prelim/past paper books) back today if possible as I need them for the new class.

REMINDER – CROSS COUNTRY TUESDAY 20 JUNE

Any pupil in any year who would like to participate in the open cross country on the afternoon (periods 5 and 6) of Tuesday 20 June should sign up with the PE Department AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

REMINDER – LIBRARY

The library is now open.  All library books have been renewed, your new return date is 16/06/2017.  Whilst we were closed for the exams we put nearly 200 new books into the library, so now would be a good time to come and choose your summer read.

REMINDER – ART WORK

Any pupils moving into S3/S4/S5 who would like to take away any art work from last year should come to the Art department this week to collect their folders. Pupils have until Friday 9 June to do so. Thanks.

REMINDER – MONEY FOR BITESITE

Pupils should be checking they have money in their Smartcard account early each day. If your balance is low, please contact a parent/carer to bring money in, or ask the office to phone home for you so it can be handed in and put into your account that day.
